We keep this short and human. Twickenham AI (Phillip Ross Taylor Software Ltd) collects only what we need to talk to you about your project — nothing more. We will happily sign NDAs and non-compete contracts so we can have your full trust.
What we collect
When you book a Vibe Check or subscribe to updates, we store the details you choose to give us — such as your name, company, email, phone number and a short description of your project.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to you, arrange your review, and (if you subscribed) send occasional engineering insights. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies that keep the site secure and working — one for form security (CSRF), one to remember your session while booking, and a temporary one to show confirmation messages. There is no analytics or third-party tracking, and our fonts are self-hosted, so no data is shared with Google.
Keeping it safe
Your information is kept only as long as we need it to help you, and we take sensible steps to protect it. If you’d like a copy of your data, or want us to delete it, just ask — we’re happy to help.
